About the Game

Fat Mice Can't Swim was (intended to be) a multiplayer survival game, where players must collect resources in order to build boats that can survive the map being flooded. The idea was to compete for limited resources, and then go after the other players to steal their resources.

The game was made in the Blender Game Engine with the server being written in C. It was too ambitious for our team, and by the final day it was so full of bugs that it was almost unplayable. Even if the game had functioned, the core gameplay loop wasn't particularly fun, so it was flawed from the start.
